What is your returns policy?

Here at girlslovepleasure.co.uk we hope you never have to send an item back, however, should you ever need too it’s simple and easy!

You can cancel an order within 14 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for alternative items. Refunds will not be given after 14 days under any circumstances.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

If you have ordered in error, or decide that you dont want it, you may return it to us at your expense for an exchange within 30 days.

Please remember that items must be in the original undamaged packaging, in the saleable condition you received them including tags and labels on lingerie items.
You can try on lingerie and sexy clothing, but please keep your own knickers on!

Please note: Due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing or damaged

Faulty Items
Faulty items can be returned free of charge up to 14 days after purchase for a full refund or exchange. All returned faulty items are checked on arrival and if found in working condition, will be sent back immediatly.

Please throughly clean all returned items.

How do I return my item?
Please wrap/box the package securely and leave us a note giving your reason for return.
You do not need to return your item by recorded post. Please obtain a free certificate of posting from your post office.

The boring stuff
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
Your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation – we aim to refund you with 7 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
