What are my delivery options?

Will my order be in plain packaging?
Yes it will, we dont want your nosey neighbours or postman seeing what you have bought from us just as much as you dont, so our products will be sent completely discreetly. To see how our products are delivered CLICK HERE
Will i receive a tracking number?
As soon as your product has been dispatched we will send you your tracking number by email.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
Unfortunately not, BUT we offer various delivery options to suit your needs, to see CLICK HERE.
Do i need to be there to sign delivery?
All deliverys require a signature but there is no need for you to be home as the package will be held for at least 5 working days at your local sorting office should you not be home at time of delivery and a delivery card left by Royal Mail.
How do i know if my order has been recieved?
We will always send you a confirmation email to acknowledge the order, and this will include an order number. If you do not recieve this please CONTACT US.
Where is my order?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to reach you before contacting us. We will make sure we let you know if there are any possible delays, please allow longer for international deliverys.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can, but you do need to be quick in case we have already started processing your order! To find out how CLICK HERE.
Are receipts sent with delivery?
Yes, your order will arrive with a receipt itemising your purchases.
What happens if I received the wrong item, part of my order is missing or goods are faulty?
Something we believe will not happen, but if it should then please contact our Returns Team immediatly. We do everything we can to send our products out right first time.
How do I return an item and get a refund?
Though we hope you never need to return an item for refund, we do have a procedure in place to make things nice and easy for you. To find out Click Here
A product i want is not in stock, are you getting more?
Our stock is replenished regularly, if for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock this will be shown on the product page. If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock, you can CONTACT US and we’ll be happy to keep you informed.
What forms of payment do you except?
We except all forms of card payment including paypal, postal orders and cheque.
Can i purchase outside of the UK?
You sure can, however extra delivery charges may be necessary. Please also be fully aware that all prices on the website are shown are in GBP and your credit card company will convert your basket amount to your local currency at their determined exchange rates.
Do items show up as GIRLS LOVE PLEASURE on my statement?
No they will show up as GLP Limited on all card and bank statements.
